Every year, Google hosts a competition to encourage students in the U.S. to come up with their own "Google Doodle". This years theme was "when I grow up..." giving participants the chance to draw up their vision for the future.
The winner is a teen from Georgia named Arantza Peña Popo who titled her Doodle, "Once you get it, give it back." The portrait was inspired by a photo int Arantza's home of her mother and her sister. For the drawing she replaced her sister with herself then added the vision of her in the future caring for her elderly mother *cues Circle of Life*.
In addition to the illustration being displayed as the website's main image for the day, Arantza will also receive a $30,000 college scholarship as well as a $50,000 technology award for her high school.
