Nicki Minaj fan base, the Barbz, might not be happy with Netflix but maybe the outrage is unwarranted.
Netflix released the documentary, Ladies First: A Story of Women in Hip Hop, that Nicki was noticeably missing from. She wasn't the only Femcee MIA from the documentary. Missy Elliot a big part of women in Hip Hop and history maker Lauryn Hill were both not featured in the doc. Before you think of a conspiracy the aforementioned lades did not give clearance to use their music or video and that lead to their exclusion.
There are a number of ladies you'll recognize telling the story including trailblazer Queen Latifah, Da Brat and the new school Remy Ma, Ice Spice, Saweetie and Latto.
