Pensacola Navy Days Celebrates Military Heritage and Community Unity
PENSACOLA, FL (April 21, 2026) — Pensacola Navy Days, presented by Navy Federal Credit Union and the Pensacola Ice Flyers, returns this spring to honor the rich military heritage of the Greater Pensacola Area. This annual event highlights the bond between the local community and Naval Aviation Station Pensacola, along with all branches of the military stationed there. This year we also celebrate the 200th Year of NAS Pensacola and the 250th Year of the United States!
As the United States gears up to celebrate the 250th Anniversary on Independence Day and NAS Pensacola celebrates its 200th Anniversary, Pensacola Navy Days stands as a testament to the enduring relationship between the Pensacola community and its military members, both past and present.
"Navy Days was established to provide the local community with a vehicle to recognize and honor those warriors who have for over two centuries lived and worked among us in times of peace and war. Let us come together this May to further enhance the relationship with our military that we have so carefully cultivated over time. Whether you wear or have worn the cloth of our Nation, are a local resident or are simply a visitor to our fair city please join us in celebrating the honor and legacy of our inspiring military and the indomitable spirit of a grateful community. Make Navy Days an event to remember and a memory that our military will cherish.” –CAPT Daniel McCort USN (ret), President, Navy Days 2026.
Our events kicked off this year with a Pensacola Ice Flyers Game and Pensacola Navy Days themed Gallery Night, with much more to come! This year’s celebration continues with a series of events including a Pensacola Blue Wahoos game, a Golf Tournament at A.C. Read Golf Course, the black tie Night at the Museum Gala at the National Naval Aviation Museum, a full day of family fun on Saturday, May 9, with a 4K run/walk, a parade and a family fun fest, and a Mother’s Day Concert on Sunday at Museum Plaza.
