October 11th is World Mental Health Awareness Day. In recent years we've heard more and more discussion about our mental health but it can still be a taboo topic. Seeking therapy is still something we hesitate to do for a number for reasons. 

With the current state of our society doing everything on demand and virtually, it's no wonder therapist have found a way to service their clients in a virtual office.
