Mental Health is Important and The Pattern App Could Help

Who doesn't love a good daily Horoscope app. You may only check it out here and there. You may never find it to be accurate. Of course I love a zodiac update but I've graduated from the, you're a Taurus and here's what that means for today. Nope I need my apps to update me with information based on my entire birth chart not just my Sun. If this conversation is going over your head don't stop reading yet.

The majority of my friends are asking for a crash course in all things Astrology because it can get extremely confusing. That's why I love The Pattern App. It's kinda an Astrology app but not super deep and heavy. There are these daily updates that don't give you the whole "as an Aquarius" run down. It legit focuses in on you as a person and brings clarity to what you may have going on.

Understanding what we are dealing with when things get heavy is helpful. Sometimes we are so busy moving we don't have time to slow down and asses what is happening inside us. While I recommend at least an hour of slow down time a day you may only be comfortable with 10 minutes to start out. Possibly less. Just remember if there are 24hrs in a day, 8 of them are for sleeping, and 9-10 of them are for work you still have 7hrs left in the day. Could a few of minutes of downtime to gain clarity be so hard to schedule. I block out at least 30mins a night to read what my daily Pattern reading says and understand my day.
