Watch 50 Cent Surprise Burger King Employees With $30,000 In Cash Tips

50 Cent surprised a few lucky Burger King employees with one heck of a tip.

While walking up to the drive-thru at one of the restaurant’s locations in Queens, New York, on Tuesday (September 8), the “In da Club” rapper and Instagram personality Jay Mazini handed out a number of handsome tips for the fast-food workers, shelling out more than $30,000 in cash.

As shown in videos shared across Twitter, 50 and Mazini can be seen greeting a group of Burger King employees at the window before inviting them to come over and share how they’re holding up amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

"How's life treating you, how is everything with COVID? … They paying right?" the 24-year-old internet star asks the group of starstruck workers. Mazini then surprises the group when he waves over the Power producer, explaining that they want to “show love to you guys.” It’s at that point when both stars start handing out wads of cash to the employees, who couldn’t be more excited by the offer.

“@jaymazini is the real deal, he saw me in the hood,” 50 wrote on Instagram with a 2-minute clip of the encounter. “Yesterday so we went tonight and showed everybody some love.”

"ME & @50cent HAD TO SHUT BURGERKING DOWN IN SOUTHSIDE QUESNS 💯💯" Mazini captioned his video on Instagram. "PASSED OVER 30K ME & @50cent TO THESE HARD WORKERS, DURING THIS PANDEMIC."

Anyone who’s a fan of the viral celebrity knows he’s big on collaborating with celebrities to give out money to locals wherever he goes — and unsuspecting fast-food workers appear to be his most popular recipients.

Earlier this month, Mazini linked up with rapper Fabulous shocked Checkers workers in New Jersey with $5,000 cash tips each.
