Disney has decided to take their animated movies and remake them with actual factual people. I was pretty hyped when I heard Donald Glover a.k.a. Childish Gambino would play Simba in the live action remake of The Lion King. Jonathan Taylor Thomas was cool but if we're going to African plains I'm sold with Gambino.
Now what's about to make this movie even better? JAMES EARL JONES! Yes the original Mufasa is back to play Mufasa! The movie is being described a lot like the Jungle Book remake because well there are no humans in The Lion King.
We're still years away from seeing the movie but I have one request...the original Sarabi, Madge Sinclair, because....
and Whoopi Goldburg as the head hyena because nostalgia!
