January, first month of the new year and generally the time we all decide to make big changes. For some the holidays meant lost of alcohol so they'll skip the booze until Febuary. For those who want to make even more health conscious decisions they may choose to go Vegan.
Vegan is different from being a vegetarian. Some vegetarians still consume dairy products but no meat. Vegans consume absolutely no animal product and don't use any beauty or clothing that come from animals. Did you know gummy bears are not vegan? They're the by product of pig fat.
Now being vegan doesn't mean you will lose a ton of weight because Oreos are vegan. Contrary to popular belief, unless you have a food allergy or digestive issue, meat doesn't take longer to digest.
