Joseline Hernandez just became intertwined in a custody battle with her baby’s daddy, Stevie J, after he said that she wasn’t allowing him to see their daughter.

So now Stevie wants the Puerto Rican Princess thrown in the slammer for breaking their custody agreement.

The Blast reports that Joseline is fully denying violating the agreement for their 2-year-old daughter.

NICKI MINAJ: Shades BET Awards Over Bad Ratings

This year’s BET Awards reportedly set a franchise record for the lowest ratings ever — and Nicki Minaj couldn’t be happier.

Nicki responded to a post from an account called @MusicNewsFact. She wrote, “When you go out of your way to be spiteful & hurt artists who have always supported your show... when you fire great people who have put their heart & soul into the show... when you’d rather be a messy reality show than a prestigious award show... when your still being dragged by that lace.”

Nicki stayed home this year, in retaliation for an article BET posted about her that Nicki didn’t like. The network apologized at the time and deleted the offending post.

Barbie returned to the place she worked before she was famous — Red Lobster — to dine on buttery seafood and Cheddar Bay Biscuits. They arrived in style, in a pink stretch Hummer. There was even an attempt at a Lady & the Tramp moment by the talk show host -- but it was quickly rebuked by the Queen.
