R. KELLY: Prosecutors Respond

So yesterday I told ya'll R. Kelly wanted out of jail because he hasn't received sufficient treatment for several medical conditions. Well, prosecutors ain't hearin' that!

They believe that Kelz is a flight risk who plans to escape to Dubai if a judge releases him from jail.

Federal prosecutors are requesting that the judge keep him locked up while he waits for his trial on multiple child sex charges.

Prosecutors also note that Kelly allegedly paid people not to testify in his case back in 2002. Despite the claims Kelly says he’s too broke to travel.

They also call BS on that claim, saying that he’s actually receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars in royalties which he’s having paid to the bank account of a childhood friend.

He is due back in court later this year.
