Nipsey Hussle's Murder Suspect Indicted

A grand jury indicted the suspected killer of beloved rapper Nipsey Hussle.

The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office revealed that Eric Holder faces one count of murder. Also two counts of attempted murder, two counts of assault with a firearm and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.

Police Chief Michel R. Moore said, (quote) “Eric Holder engaged in a conversation on multiple occasions with Nipsey. He came back armed with a handgun and purposefully and repeatedly fired, striking and killing Nipsey Hussle.”

By seeking grand jury indictments, Los Angeles prosecutors fast-tracked the case. On Tuesday, Holder pleaded not guilty. He faces life behind bars if convicted. (Los Angeles Times)
