Altair Pharmaceuticals, Inc., says the recalled lots may not be sterile.
Items recalled include Restore Tears and Eye Allergy Relief drops, and Comfort Gel Lubricant sold under Walmart's Equate and Support Harmony brands.
Another series of products, including Bacitracin Ophthalmic Ointment, were distributed by Perrigo Company PLC.
Lubricant Eye Ointment PF and other products sold exclusively at Walgreens were also affected.
