The Anchor Cross Foundation
Helping Patients In Our Community
Anchor Cross Cancer Foundation began as The Southern Cancer Center Foundation in 2007. It was the result of many patients, family, and staff asking for a means to give back. The idea was to help offset the rising costs of cancer care. Through the years, Anchor Cross Cancer Foundation has become a stand-alone non-profit organization that offers financial assistance to qualified cancer patients in the Mobile and Baldwin county communities, regardless of where they choose to receive their cancer treatment.
If you or someone you love have been affected by cancer, you know the physical, mental and financial strain it brings. Many insured patients still face incredibly high co-pays for medication and treatment. Patients often struggle to keep their power on and pay other basic household bills. Some cannot afford gas or repairs to their car preventing them from getting to and from treatment. This is where you come in! Through your donations, patients and families right here in your local community can breathe a little easier. You can help can relieve some anxiety and stress, allowing them to get back to what is most important….BEATING THEIR CANCER!
